Job duties:
  • Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and lenders regarding loan closing packages.
  • Obtain title searches and commitments.
  • Prepare settlement statements
  • Draft letters and correspondence
  • Gather and research all relevant papers, figures, and documents, and ensure the contracts conform to a specific standard.
  • Check for any objections or encumbrances on the title and order the proper documentation before closing.
  • Comply with documents: contracts, settlement statements, closing disclosures, mortgages, deeds, and title policies.
  • Ensure the monetary amounts are correct to satisfy mortgages, taxes, and judgments, and oversee the collection of all fees and charges agreed to for the sale.
  • Ensure that all legal documents involved in the transaction are properly notarized, recorded, and prepared.
  • Build relationships with clients

Requirements:
  • License Title Agent (preferred)
  • Notary Public License
  • Knowledge of TRID compliance requirements
  • Attention to detail

  • In office position full-time (not remote or hybrid)
