Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent located in Virginia Beach, VA. While some work from home is acceptable, the primary responsibilities involve engaging in real estate transactions, maintaining client relationships, and providing expert guidance on property investments. Daily tasks include property showings, market research, negotiation, and contract preparation.


Qualifications


  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate transactions in USA
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Background in Brokerage and Sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Virginia , VA United States commercial real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred
