Job Summary:
Provides leadership and oversight for real estate and construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.
Job Description:
The Real Estate & Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing real estate and construction-related projects across the organization. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with organizational standards while serving as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
  • Develops project and real estate plans and budgets and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinates, directs, and monitors construction and real estate activities and associated costs to ensure completion in accordance with project plans and budgets.
  • Serves as the owner's liaison with internal and external parties to communicate, obtain information, and resolve conflicts related to real estate, space planning, and lease agreements.
  • Tracks all lease costs and escalations and supports the development of annual budgets.
  • Collaborates with leadership, vendors, contractors, and consultants to support successful project execution.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable regulations, organizational policies, and safety standards.
  • Maintains accurate documentation and reporting related to project and real estate activities.
  • Operates a motor vehicle to conduct organizational business as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, real estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, construction management, or real estate management preferred.
  • Licensed as a Maine State Real Estate Broker preferred.
  • Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) preferred.
  • Strong organizational, financial, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Additional Requirements:
  • Valid Maine state driver's license with an acceptable driving record as defined by organizational policy required.
  • Department of Transportation Annual Motor Vehicle Record Check required.
