This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting attorneys and legal staff in a sophisticated practice focused on land use, zoning, environmental, real estate, and local government matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and collaborate closely with firm paralegals.
  • Prepare, revise, proofread, and format legal correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files.
  • Assist with document management, filing, and general office administration.
  • Coordinate communications with clients, government agencies, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Support attorneys with project tracking, deadlines, and administrative tasks related to ongoing matters.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of legal and administrative documentation.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and calendar management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid work ethic.
  • Experience in land use, zoning, environmental, real estate, or local government law is a plus, but not required.
