Are you a commercial real estate attorney ready to take on sophisticated, high-value transactions while building your career with a nationally recognized law firm?

Our client, a national AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its highly regarded Commercial Real Estate Practice Group. This is an opportunity to work alongside accomplished attorneys on complex acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and other significant real estate matters across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of substantive commercial real estate experience, strong transactional skills, and the ability to confidently manage matters from due diligence through closing.

What You'll Do
  • Represent sophisticated clients in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and other transactional documents
  • Conduct and coordinate due diligence involving title, survey, zoning, and related real estate matters
  • Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters
  • Manage multiple transactions and deadlines while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate directly with clients and help drive transactions toward successful completion
  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar admission in Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing
  • 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Hands-on experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate financing
  • Strong knowledge of transaction structures, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple sophisticated matters simultaneously
  • Commitment to exceptional client service and collaborative teamwork
  • Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
