What are Real Estate Inside Sales Agents?

Real Estate Inside Sales Agents (ISAs) are professionals who handle inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, and set appointments for real estate agents or brokerages. They are usually based in an office and focus on lead generation, follow-ups, and building relationships with potential clients over the phone or through digital communication. ISAs play a key role in the early stages of the sales process, ensuring that real estate agents spend their time with qualified prospects. Their work often involves maintaining a CRM, making a high volume of calls, and nurturing leads until they are ready to move forward with buying or selling property.

Description
Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (Growth)
Are you an aspiring Real Estate Agent who wants to enter the industry with a massive head start?
Most new agents fail because they lack two things: consistent lead generation skills and financial reserves.
We are offering a unique "Inside Sales Agent - Future Realtor Track" position. This role is designed for high-performers who want to spend their first 6+ months mastering the "inner workings" of real estate sales while earning a steady income.
You will use this time to build your savings, obtain your real estate license (if you don't have it yet), and learn how to convert leads like a pro-before you ever step foot into a listing presentation.
Compensation- $15/hour base + performance bonuses + growth pathway into licensed agent production
Responsibilities
The Mission
As a Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (Growth), you are the engine of our team. You'll be a point of contact for clients, creating a world-class impression and ensuring our pipeline is always overflowing. Once you have mastered the scripts, the CRM, and the local market and have built a financial cushion, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Realtor on our team.
Phase 1: Master the Conversation (Inside Sales)
โ€ข Lead Generation: Make daily outbound calls to inbound leads, expired listings, FSBOs, circle dialing, and our database.
โ€ข Qualification: Use proven scripts to uncover motivations, timelines, and financial readiness.
โ€ข Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality consultations for our Agents.
โ€ข CRM Mastery: Manage all contacts, tagging, and follow-up sequences within our database to ensure "no lead is left behind."
โ€ข Pipeline Management: Track conversion metrics and report on daily/weekly activity goals.
Phase 2: The Transition (Professional Development)
โ€ข Licensing: Utilize your evenings/weekends to complete your WI Real Estate Salesperson course.
โ€ข Shadowing: Attend appointments with team members to learn the "field" side of the business.
โ€ข Savings: Use your base + commission structure to build the 3-6 months of reserves necessary for a successful transition to a commission-only Realtor role.
Qualifications
โ€ข The "Grind" Mindset: You aren't afraid of the phone. You see "no" as just one step closer to "yes."
โ€ข Relentless Consistency: You understand that real estate is a game of follow-up and you thrive on routine.
โ€ข Communication Skills: You have a confident, clear phone presence and can build rapport with a stranger in under 30 seconds.
โ€ข Coachability: You are willing to practice scripts, role-play objections, and take constructive feedback.
โ€ข Organization: You can manage a high volume of leads without letting details slip through the cracks.
โ€ข Future Focus: You have a genuine desire to become a licensed Realtor and a long-term member of our team.
โ€ข Experience: Sales, call center, or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
โ€ข Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn CRMs (like Follow Up Boss ) and communication tools.
โ€ข Licensing: A real estate license is not required to start, but you must be willing to obtain it within your first 6 months.
Why this role? Most agents start with $0 and 0 leads. Our Real Estate Inside Sales Agents start their Realtor careers with a proven skill set, a deep knowledge of the local market, and a database of nurtured leads ready to close.
