Job Description

  • Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing.
  • Prepare, review, and organize real estate transactional documents.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, brokers, title companies, and other parties throughout the closing process.
  • Conduct title review, due diligence, lien searches, and document verification.
  • Prepare loan packages, closing documents, title insurance documentation, and recording packages.
  • Track transaction deadlines and maintain organized electronic and physical files.
  • Ensure compliance with firm procedures and applicable real estate regulations.
  • Utilize legal practice management software and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver exceptional client service while working in a collaborative legal team environment.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of real estate paralegal experience.
  • Experience supporting residential real estate transactions; commercial real estate experience is a plus.
