Job description

Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role supports lease administration and loan diligence and compliance functions, focusing on coordination, documentation, and tracking related to leasing actions and lender requirements. The Real Estate Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, as well as external partners such as legal counsel, lenders, and financial partners.
The Real Estate Coordinator will report to the Manager, Real Estate Analytics.
What to expect
  • Support the review and tracking of consent requirements applicable to leasing actions in loan and joint venture documents.
  • Coordinate communications with lenders and partners to obtain consent for leasing actions under the direction of senior team members.
  • Track the status of lender and partner consents and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing lease data for tenant estoppels and SNDAs in connection with new loans and refinancings.
  • Prepare and organize lease files and lender due diligence materials.
  • Maintain data related to lender consent requirements and lender contacts.
  • Update and maintain information in Salesforce related to lender consent requirements and approval status.
  • Assist with lease due diligence and onboarding in connection with real estate acquisitions.
  • Read, interpret, and abstract lease documentation with guidance.
  • Prepare summaries and reports to support lease and loan-related analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members on projects and initiatives.
  • Support the Tenant Audit Program by coordinating administrative and operational efforts, including working with internal teams and external auditors to facilitate audit activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a real estate, administrative, or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with real estate management software such as MRI and Salesforce is a plus.

The expected salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program.
