$260,000 – $390,000+

A premier AmLaw 50 firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Boston office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing private equity sponsors, institutional investors, developers, lenders, borrowers, REITs, and real estate investment platforms in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Ideal Background

3–4 years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience gained at a national or international law firm

• Experience handling complex commercial real estate financings representing lenders, borrowers, or both

• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture transactions across a variety of commercial real estate asset classes

• Experience involving office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, or other commercial real estate assets

• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, joint venture agreements, operating agreements, leases, and other real estate transaction documents

• Experience coordinating due diligence, title and survey review, closing transactions, and managing multidisciplinary deal teams

• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client counseling skills

• Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while maintaining significant client interaction

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Massachusetts bar admission required or ability to become admitted
