Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is seeking a Real Estate Development Partner to join its Boston office.  As an AmLaw100 firm, this is an opportunity to join a nationally recognized real estate practice and represent developers, investors, and owners in sophisticated real estate transactions and development projects.


Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, leasing, land use and zoning matters, and related real estate transactions. The successful candidate will manage complex matters, advise clients on strategic issues, and contribute to business development and client relationship efforts.


With at least 12 - 20 years of experience representing commercial real estate developers, investors, and owners in complex real estate transactions and development matters. You have an established or portable book of business, strong academic credentials, excellent drafting and communication skills, and are admitted and in good standing in Massachusetts.

At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.  

Our compensation range for this position is $300K - $500K, depending on the size of the historical and portable book of business. Additional bonus opportunities are also possible.
