Part-Time Broker Associate / Licensed Real Estate Agent

COMAX Realty Inc. – Houston, Texas
Office Location: Near I-10 West and Kirkwood Road

COMAX Realty Inc. is a Houston-based real estate brokerage with over 32 years of experience in the Houston market. We are a small, established brokerage office located near I-10 West and Kirkwood Road.

The broker/owner is now semi-retired and has downsized the office next to his residence. We are looking for a reliable, experienced, licensed real estate agent to work as a Part-Time Broker Associate and help manage and operate a small real estate office on a flexible-hour basis.

About Our Business

COMAX Realty Inc. owns and manages a portfolio of commercial, residential, land, and home lot properties, including properties connected to homebuilders and development opportunities.

The selected agent will have the opportunity to work with 50+ COMAX-owned listings immediately, with full commission opportunities in addition to a base salary.

Position Highlights

  • Help organize office files, leads, listings, and business communications

  • Support day-to-day brokerage activities on a part-time basis

Requirements

  • Active Texas Real Estate License

  • Previous real estate sales or brokerage experience preferred

  • Must be reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently

  • Computer, online business, marketing, and technical skills preferred

  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is a plus

  • Prefer candidate to live within approximately 30 minutes driving distance of I-10 West and Kirkwood Road
