Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of transactional real estate experience at a law firm.

  • Experience with purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements is required.

  • Experience with joint ventures and borrower-side financing is preferred.

  • Strong academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
