An international law firm and one of the top 50 AmLaw firms is seeking an associate to join their Real Estate practice.


Qualified applicants will have at least 3-7 years of experience to support the Real Estate practice. Responsibilities will include handling a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions, including representing institutional equity investors, including private equity real estate funds, in all phases of the investment cycle, in addition to lenders in sophisticated lending transactions. Candidates should have significant experience within multiple areas of commercial real estate, including diligence, acquisition, disposition and financing, and, preferably, joint venture experience.
