Commercial Real Estate Administrative Assistant | Overland Park, KS Full-Time | Direct Hire| $55-65K LHH is partnering with a growing commercial real estate organization who is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support a team of real estate professionals. This role combines administrative, marketing, project coordination, and client support responsibilities to help drive business development efforts and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment where multitasking and attention to detail are essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to a team of sales and brokerage professionals.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases, client records, prospect information, and transaction details.
  • Coordinate property listings across multiple commercial real estate platforms and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, market reports, tour books, and other client-facing materials.
  • Create and edit professional documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Manage expense reporting and administrative documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, prepare conference rooms, and assist with client visits.
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the creation of promotional materials.
  • Perform general office administration, including supply management and office coordination.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties that contribute to business growth and client service excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1+ years of administrative, sales support, marketing, or project coordination experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and document formatting skills.
  • Experience supporting multiple professionals in a corporate, professional services, real estate, or sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
  • Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
  • Project management skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Positive attitude, strong initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
