This is a unique opportunity to learn the new home sales process from experienced professionals while building the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to advance into a New Home Specialist role. As a New Home Apprentice, you'll provide administrative and sales support, assist customers throughout the home-buying journey, and participate in hands-on training designed to prepare you for a successful career in new home sales.

In this role, you'll:

  • Support one or more New Home Specialists with administrative responsibilities that keep the sales process running smoothly.
  • Schedule appointments, communicate with customers and Realtors, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Assist with contract preparation, transaction coordination, and closing activities.
  • Participate in open houses and customer appointments while developing your sales skills.
  • Receive ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship from Sales Management and experienced New Home Specialists.
  • Build the knowledge and experience necessary to advance into a New Home Specialist position based on demonstrated performance and business needs.
