Position: ARSOF Logistics Specialist
Location: Camp Mackall, NC (with travel to Fort Liberty and training sites across Central North Carolina)
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required
Travel: Occasional


Position Summary: We're looking for a detail-oriented and mission-ready Logistics Specialist to support ARSOF training operations across multiple sites. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth flow of equipment, materials, and supplies that directly impact unit readiness. The ideal candidate will bring a strong logistics backgroundmilitary or civilianand thrive in a high-tempo, hands-on environment.


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, equipment storage, and secure distribution of mission-critical gear

  • Maintain strict accountability and serviceability of all supplies and equipment to support ongoing training missions

  • Provide logistics support at Camp Mackall, Fort Liberty, and other training locations throughout the region

  • Process equipment requisitions, manage material movement, and track deliveries to align with rapidly changing training schedules

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable supply chain procedures, policies, and accountability standards

  • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to anticipate needs and provide efficient, timely logistics support

  • Perform hands-on physical tasks such as loading/unloading, staging, and transporting materials and equipment


Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Prior military logistics experience (e.g., 92A, 92Y, or equivalent MOS) or comparable civilian experience in supply chain and warehouse operations

  • Subject matter expertise in inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse best practices

  • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Physically capable of performing manual labor and operating in field environments with variable conditions

  • Active Secret Clearance required


    Physical Demands and Work Environment: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, listen, and write. The employee frequently is required to use foot/ankle motions, hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
