Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Reactions Operator. As a Reactions Operator, you will play a crucial role in our flavor manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring reaction equipment to ensure the precise execution of chemical reactions and the production of high-quality flavor compounds.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate reaction equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to initiate and control chemical reactions.
  • Monitor reaction parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to ensure adherence to specifications and safety protocols.
  • Conduct quality checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to maintain product integrity and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation to comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification in chemical processing or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in chemical manufacturing or a similar production environment; experience with reaction equipment and processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
