Kelly® is hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to a cold storage logistics company in Milwaukee, WI!

Are you an experienced stand-up reach forklift operator looking for a stable opportunity with competitive pay? Kelly is partnering with a global leader in temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics, to hire dependable forklift operators for multiple shifts. If you're safety-focused, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements — Only those meeting these requirements will be considered:
  • Previous stand-up reach forklift experience is required.
  • Ability to work in freezer temperatures as low as -20°F while wearing company-provided freezer gear and PPE.
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying noise levels.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if needed.
Pay
  • 1st Shift: $20.50 per hour
  • 3rd Shift: $22.50 per hour (includes $2.00 shift differential)

Employees hired permanently by Lineage earn:

  • 1st Shift: $22.00 per hour
  • 3rd Shift: $24.00 per hour (includes shift differential)

What You'll Do
  • Safely operate a stand-up reach forklift to move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Pick, put away, and stage palletized inventory in elevated rack locations.
  • Load and unload products from pallets, skids, and trailers.
  • Use RF scanners to accurately record product information, inventory counts, and locations.
  • Complete daily forklift inspections and perform basic equipment checks.
  • Maintain battery charging stations and equipment cleanliness.
  • Follow all company safety policies while working in a temperature-controlled environment.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
