Seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 5+ years of law firm experience and a strong background in title review, surveys, and real estate closings. This role supports developers and homebuilders in a fast-paced, high-volume transactional environment and offers the opportunity to manage transactions from contract through closing.
Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial land acquisition and disposition transactions
  • Review title commitments, exceptions, surveys, and legal descriptions
  • Prepare closing documents, binders, and transaction trackers
  • Coordinate closings, funding, and document execution
  • Monitor critical deadlines and manage multiple active transactions simultaneously
  • Support attorneys throughout the transaction lifecycle
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting
  • Strong title, survey, and contract administration experience
  • Hands-on commercial real estate closings experience required
  • Experience supporting developers and/or homebuilders strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple transactions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems such as iManage or comparable platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
