Salary: $76,000-$100,000 DOE

Seeking an experienced
Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with 5+ years of law firm experience and a strong background in title review, surveys, and real estate closings. This role supports developers and homebuilders in a fast-paced, high-volume transactional environment and offers the opportunity to manage transactions from contract through closing.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial land acquisition and disposition transactions
- Review title commitments, exceptions, surveys, and legal descriptions
- Prepare closing documents, binders, and transaction trackers
- Coordinate closings, funding, and document execution
- Monitor critical deadlines and manage multiple active transactions simultaneously
- Support attorneys throughout the transaction lifecycle
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting
- Strong title, survey, and contract administration experience
- Hands-on commercial real estate closings experience required
- Experience supporting developers and/or homebuilders strongly preferred
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple transactions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems such as iManage or comparable platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
