Job description

Top NJ firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for its Berkeley Heights, NJ office. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful firm and work on complex litigation including class actions, white collar investigations, securities cases, and more. The ideal candidate will have previous litigation paralegal experience in a law firm. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced but friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
  • Help in the discovery process
  • Track the calendar
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Record and store client information

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal in a law firm
  • Familiarity with legal research
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
