Location: Peoria, AZ | Deer Valley, AZ
Overview:
Support adults in recovery as they transition back into the community. Provide case management, connect members with resources, and assist with employment, housing, and independent living skills.
Requirements:
  • 21+ with HS diploma/GED (higher education or behavioral health experience preferred)
  • PRSS certification required; BHT qualifications a plus
  • CPR/First Aid & Crisis De-escalation certifications
  • Valid AZ driver's license; clear background, TB, drug/alcohol screening, and MVR
