The Product Manager, Applied AI Revenue Solutions owns strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle execution for AI-enabled workflow transformation within Inmar's healthcare revenue solutions platforms.
This role focuses first on driving agentic workflow automation within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), establishing measurable operational and financial impact. Successful automation patterns may expand to additional areas of the healthcare platform over time.
Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, UX, Compliance, and, where appropriate, Data Science, this role translates advanced AI and automation capabilities including large language models (LLMs), retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, structured decision logic, and automation tooling into scalable, governed, production-ready solutions.
The Product Manager is accountable for ensuring intelligent automation is applied responsibly, efficiently, and at scale to solve real operational challenges while shaping long-term platform direction.Primary Accountabilities

Own Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for AI-driven workflow transformation within RCM.

  • Establish OKRs and measurable outcomes tied to automation rate improvements, net revenue impact, accuracy thresholds, operational efficiency, and scalability.

  • Define baseline metrics and target thresholds prior to deployment.

  • Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on feasibility, ROI, risk, economics, and strategic alignment.

  • Make informed tradeoff decisions in partnership with Engineering and leadership.

Own Product Lifecycle & Execution Discipline

  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmap milestones and a clearly prioritized backlog.

  • Drive detailed planning and execution alignment with Engineering, including dependency coordination and release sequencing.

  • Define scope boundaries, acceptance criteria, and launch readiness standards.

  • Identify execution risks and technical dependencies early and drive mitigation strategies.

  • Lead initiatives from concept through launch and post-release optimization.

  • Monitor post-launch performance and refine roadmap priorities based on measurable outcomes and evolving business needs.

Drive Discovery & Workflow Redesign

  • Conduct structured discovery within operational workflows to identify redesign and automation opportunities.

  • Validate solution hypotheses with both external customers and internal users.

  • Translate complex operational and regulatory challenges into structured requirements and measurable success criteria.

  • Use experimentation and data insights to guide sequencing and scaling decisions.

Deliver Agentic Workflow Automation

  • Define and deliver multi-step AI-enabled workflows designed for automation with appropriate human oversight.

  • Leverage LLMs, retrieval (RAG), orchestration frameworks, APIs, and structured decision systems to support autonomous task execution.

  • Translate ambiguous problems into clear agent tasks, system integrations, and production-ready implementations.

  • Ensure automation moves from experimentation to reliable, observable, and scalable deployment.

  • Manage AI economics, including performance-to-cost tradeoffs, to ensure sustainable deployment at scale.

Collaborate with Engineering & Technical Teams

  • Partner closely with Engineering to implement scalable workflow automation and system integrations.

  • Engage Data Science where appropriate to support model-driven capabilities, evaluation frameworks, and performance optimization.

  • Define evaluation criteria, acceptance thresholds, and monitoring standards prior to deployment.

  • Balance innovation with reliability, cost control, compliance, and technical feasibility.

Lead Automation & Organizational Change

  • Champion automation-first thinking across product and operational teams.

  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to shift from manual processes to scalable, intelligent systems.

  • Identify repeatable patterns that evolve into reusable capabilities across revenue solutions.

  • Mentor and support other product managers in applying automation frameworks effectively.

  • Contribute to increasing AI fluency within the Product organization.

Ensure Responsible & Governed AI

  • Embed human-in-the-loop controls, guardrails, auditability, and escalation paths.

  • Define reliability, accuracy, and risk thresholds for production systems.

  • Ensure compliance with PHI/HIPAA handling requirements, audit logging standards, and access control policies.

  • Partner with Legal, Security, and Compliance to maintain regulatory alignment.

Communicate & Deliver Impact

  • Clearly articulate strategy, rationale, risks, and measurable outcomes to product leadership and executive stakeholders.

  • Provide transparent updates on roadmap progress, tradeoffs, and mitigation plans.

  • Monitor workflow performance and iterate based on operational data.

  • Demonstrate measurable impact including automation rate, time savings, accuracy improvement, net revenue impact, cost efficiency, and adoption.

  • Deliver on commitments with accountability and reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience shipping AI-enabled or automation-driven solutions into production environments.

  • Strong working knowledge of LLM applications, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, APIs, workflow automation, and decision engines, with the ability to guide production implementation.

  • Strong systems thinking skills and ability to structure ambiguous, high-complexity operational problems.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive transformation initiatives.

  • Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is preferred; RCM experience is a plus.

91,364.63 - 152,274.38 USD Annual
