Job Summary:

CareCloud is seeking a results-driven, experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. This is a quota-carrying, hunter-oriented role responsible for driving new business and expanding CareCloud's RCM and SaaS solutions footprint across healthcare provider organizations.

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of direct RCM sales experience, a deep understanding of medical billing, coding, and revenue cycle workflows, and a track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals in the healthcare technology space. This role is based full-time at CareCloud's Broward County, FL office and requires collaboration with Internal Solutions, Operations, and Marketing Teams to develop and close pipeline opportunities. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development
  • Identify, qualify, and close new RCM and SaaS revenue opportunities with physician groups, health systems, and other healthcare provider organizations
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through contract execution and handoff to Implementation
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities in CareCloud's CRM, with accurate forecasting and stage progression
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and solution presentations tailored to the specific operational and financial challenges of prospective clients
  • Engage with C-suite and senior decision-makers including CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, and Practice Administrators
  • Partner with Internal Solutions Consultants and subject matter experts to develop compelling proposals and RFP responses
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contract structures in coordination with legal and finance leadership
Market and Product Knowledge
  • Maintain deep working knowledge of CareCloud's full RCM services platform, including billing and coding, denial management, AR recovery, practice management, and Stratus AI capabilities
  • Understand competitive landscape including Epic, Athenahealth, AdvancedMD, Kareo, and other RCM vendors, and articulate CareCloud's differentiated value proposition
  • Stay current on trends in healthcare reimbursement, payer policy, CMS regulations, and revenue cycle technology
  • Translate complex RCM concepts into clear, business-relevant value for non-clinical and clinical buyers alike
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Collaborate with Client Success and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction post-close
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts and work with account management to advance those opportunities
  • Represent CareCloud at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events as needed
Internal Collaboration and Reporting
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline and forecast updates to sales leadership
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and operations to support go-to-market initiatives
  • Participate in sales team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
  • Leverage CareCloud's AI tools, including Claude, to accelerate research, proposal development, and sales workflow efficiency
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a complex, solution-based B2B sales environment
  • Deep familiarity with RCM workflows including claims processing, denial management, AR management, coding compliance, and reimbursement cycles
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify client pain points and map them to CareCloud's solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales tools
  • Self-starter with high accountability and the drive to consistently develop and close new business
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to integrate AI tools into daily sales practice
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct RCM sales experience required — candidates without documented RCM sales experience will not be considered
  • Experience selling to physician groups, IPAs, MSOs, hospitals, or health systems strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare SaaS platforms, EHR/PM systems, and related technology a strong plus
  • Experience selling AI-enabled healthcare solutions or demonstrating AI product capabilities a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency with or willingness to immediately adopt Claude and other AI tools as part of daily workflow
Work Location:

In-office, 5 days per week - CareCloud's Office, Broward County, FL

Travel Requirements:

Up to 30% (client visits, industry events, trade shows)
