Job description

The Head of Product for Payments & Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will lead Weaveโ€™s financial technology product suite, owning strategy, execution, and business outcomes across a platform processing billions in annual volume. This role sits at the intersection of product, business operations, and revenue growth, with accountability for defining a multiโ€‘year vision and scaling a highโ€‘impact product portfolio. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Executive Leadership to drive adoption, retention, and profitability across Payments and RCM. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct influence on company strategy and financial performance.

  • This position will be hybrid (remote/in office) based out of our Lehi, UT HQ
  • Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
What You Will Own
  • Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for Weaveโ€™s Payments and RCM product suite, including POS, Text-to-Pay, surcharging, bulk collections, insurance workflows, and patient financing.
  • Lead crossโ€‘functional product and engineering teams to deliver an AIโ€‘powered financial ecosystem that improves customer outcomes and drives revenue growth.
  • Operate as a business leader, partnering across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Partnerships, and Support to scale adoption and usage.
  • Coโ€‘own P&L performance, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall business health of the RCM product line.
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to improve activation, engagement, and payment volume per customer.
  • Build and manage key external partnerships (e.g., payment processors, financing partners) and ensure strong integration with Practice Management Systems (PMS).
  • Define pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies tailored to the healthcare payments and RCM market.
  • Establish and track KPIs that measure product success, financial performance, and customer impact.
  • Communicate product strategy, performance, and opportunities to executive leadership and the Board.
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
  • 10+ years of product management leadership experience.
  • Proven experience leading large, crossโ€‘functional teams (10โ€“20+ people) through product development and organizational scale.
  • Deep expertise in payments, fintech, or embedded payments business models.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payments and RCM workflows preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience owning or contributing to P&L performance.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fastโ€‘paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
