THE ROLE: The RCM Analyst supports the Disability Services revenue cycle by managing billing, collections, account reconciliations, and reimbursement analysis across Regional Center payors and private pay clients. This role partners closely with Operations, Finance, and Revenue Cycle leadership to ensure accurate revenue recognition, resolve denials and underpayments, and support reporting, automation, and process improvement initiatives. The DS RCM Analyst plays a key role in strengthening financial visibility, optimizing reimbursement performance, and supporting the continued growth of the Disability Services division. Primary Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable activities, including billing, payment posting, collections, and account reconciliations for Regional Center and private pay accounts Review revenue recognition, analyze denials and underpayments, and partner with Operations and Finance to determine appropriate adjustments, write-offs, and corrective actions Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics that track billing performance, reimbursement trends, revenue cycle metrics, and business performance Analyze reimbursement rate changes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial impact and support reimbursement optimization strategies Support process improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives that increase revenue cycle efficiency and reporting capabilities Partner with Operations, Finance, and Revenue Cycle teams to resolve complex billing issues and support key analytical projects Train and provide oversight to offshore support resources assisting with billing, collections, and payment posting activities This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 3x per week. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field Experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, billing, or related financial operations preferred Experience with healthcare billing, home and community-based services, or Regional Center funding preferred NetSuite or similar ERP system experience preferred Experience developing reports, dashboards, or business analytics solutions preferred Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or other data analysis tools preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data Skills Revenue cycle analysis and account reconciliation Financial reporting and data analysis Excel and business intelligence tools Problem solving and critical thinking Attention to detail and organization Cross-functional collaboration Communication and stakeholder partnership WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE: 24 Hour Home Care is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is proud of its culture of diversity and inclusion.
