What is an RCDD project manager?

An RCDD Project Manager is a professional who oversees the design, implementation, and management of telecommunications and data network infrastructure projects. 'RCDD' stands for Registered Communications Distribution Designer, a certification awarded by BICSI that signifies expertise in structured cabling systems. The RCDD Project Manager ensures projects meet industry standards, client requirements, and are delivered on time and within budget. They coordinate with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to guarantee quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an RCDD project manager?

To thrive as an RCDD Project Manager, you need a solid understanding of telecommunications design, project management principles, and a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification.
