Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Kuwait International Execution Program Manager.  

The Senior Program Manager will lead the daily battle rhythm, international scope, and follow-on efforts for the Kuwait NASAMS program.   

What You Will Do

  • Lead the execution of all international programmatic scope including international partner production, in-country installations, and technical assistance, ensuring end items are ready on-time or early to overall program schedule
  • Support the Program Manager in customer interactions and events
  • Monitor, interact, and course correct matrixed teams to support customer goals
  • Implement and execute Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to include meeting Estimate at Completions (EAC) requirements
  • Execute baseline schedule, assisting with the negotiation and execution of change requirements
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with IPT leads, functional counterparts, and strategic international partner
  • Ensure implementation of a robust Risk & Opportunity Management plan, including proactive schedule risk management, to ensure predictable program performance
  • Travel up to 25% to support domestic and international business engagements

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree or related technical degree and 10 years of relevant experience in program management, systems engineering, business management, etc
  • Experience supporting production programs
  • Experience supporting international programs
  • Experience with FMS proposals
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with US Government customers

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience working internationally in a multicultural environment
  • Experience negotiating with strategic partners and suppliers
  • Experience with risk and opportunity management
  • Program management experience in all program lifecycle phases, including production and sustainment; ability to engage senior level customers as well as industry partners
  • Understanding of NASAMS and related air defense systems
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence the cross-functional production team, functional leaders, domestic and global supply chain, and internal program leaders to secure the resources necessary execute a profitable program

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
