The Opportunity

Since 2015, Berg Hospitality Group has built a strong reputation for its high-quality food, exceptional customer service, and positive reviews, leading to a loyal customer base who are ready for the next Berg concept.


Slated to open May 2024, Turner’s Cut is poised to set a new standard of fine dining in Houston. The intimate, luxury steakhouse, located in the new Autry Park development next to River Oaks and Montrose, will combine society, high-end dining, and entertainment. It’s over-the-top, opulent design and program of live music will make Turner’s Cut the place “to see and be seen.”


From renowned Executive Chef Pablo Penalosa Najera, The Turner’s Cut menu will offer rare seafood and the most exclusive meats in the world, including American and Japanese Wagyu ranging from A5 and Snow Beef to Kobe. Captain servers will offer table side preparations from custom, artisanal carts, each one with a unique theme and course, including a raw bar, martinis, and caviar. Cocktails will be crafted from premium spirits, complemented by a wine list of exquisite, rare vintages.
