Cor Partners seeks a Senior Director, Head of Product Velocity to lead our enterprise acceleration engine. This role establishes and scales a modern, product-led delivery model combining Extreme Co-Design, AI-enabled engineering, and rapid prototyping to move from idea to MVP in days, not months. You'll replace slow, requirements-driven processes with collaborative, business-aligned innovation-dramatically reducing time-to-value while improving adoption and quality across Engle Martin, Eberl, Envista, and DBI.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute the enterprise Product Velocity strategy and product-led operating model
  • Align delivery with enterprise priorities, architecture standards, and platform strategy

Extreme Co-Design & Rapid Delivery

  • Lead and scale Extreme Co-Design, enabling teams to move from idea prototype MVP scaled solution
  • Build a Co-Design Center of Excellence to standardize execution and drive adoption

AI-Enabled Acceleration

  • Drive the use of agentic AI tools to accelerate product definition and engineering delivery
  • Enable teams to generate requirements, workflows, and prototypes faster while reducing ambiguity

Product Management & Value Delivery

  • Establish modern product management practices: ownership, roadmaps, outcome-based prioritization
  • Partner with business leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and align initiatives
  • Ensure solutions are user-centered, adopted, and designed for real operational workflows

Performance & Metrics

  • Establish and track Product Velocity metrics: idea-to-prototype timelines, MVP speed, adoption rates, ROI
  • Continuously improve delivery effectiveness and eliminate bottlenecks

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Owners, Co-Design facilitators, and AI/automation specialists
  • Foster a culture of speed, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • 12-15+ years in product management, digital delivery, or technology leadership
  • Proven experience building and scaling product-led delivery organizations
  • Deep expertise in Agile, rapid prototyping, MVP delivery, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation in product or engineering workflows
  • Strong track record in matrixed, multi-business unit environments
  • Transformation mindset with focus on speed, quality, and measurable business impact
  • Atlanta or NY/NJ are preferred locations but open for the right candidate
