Requirements Roles & Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional surgical care across multiple specialties including Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, and OB procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and the perioperative team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Prepare operating rooms and equipment while maintaining strict sterile technique
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond quickly to any changes
- Support McLaren Northern's mission of providing life-saving and elective surgeries with compassion and expertise
- Active Michigan RN license verified through LARA and Nursys
- Minimum 2 years of recent OR nursing experience
- Skills checklist completed within the last year
- Preferred experience in Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, and OB cases
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
- Ability to handle a wide variety of surgical cases with confidence
- Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced OR environment
