What You'll Do
  • Train alongside qualified CDL drivers on active residential and/or commercial routes

  • Learn safe vehicle operation, inspections and routing procedures

  • Gain real-world experience in trash and recycling collection

  • Assist with loading materials when needed, including working outside of the truck

  • Use tablets and other in-truck technology to support daily operations

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

  • Complete required training and testing to earn your Class B CDL

What We're Looking For
  • Active Commercial Learner's Permit (CLP) required

  • Good driving record

  • Ability to work a physically demanding job

  • Ability to meet physical requirements of position

  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment and random drug screen (including marijuana)
