Role Purpose
The Trainer is responsible for facilitating training programs that support employee onboarding, operational performance, compliance, safety, and professional development. This role delivers engaging training sessions, evaluates employee performance, and ensures team members understand company policies, procedures, and job expectations.
What you will be doing
  • Conduct training sessions on various topics, such as customer service, technical skills, compliance, or product knowledge
  • Use various instructional techniques and formats, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises
  • Performs analysis for training, development, and implementation of training policies and procedures for airline standards
  • Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Providing guidance and training-related technical support in the development/administration of training programs
  • Development of training practices to improve overall service level standards
  • Inspection of facilities for training and ensuring compliance with training programs
  • Review audit reports, complaint trends, and other forms of customer and passenger feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and topics for the training curriculum
  • Develop continuous training improvements to increase efficiency, compliance, and service levels
  • Continuously monitor training programs and conduct or coordinate employee training
  • Identify and implement a tracking system to ensure recurrent training compliance
  • Responsible for the company's policies and procedures training manual. As needed annually, evaluate the existing manual and update new policies, procedures, and applicable laws
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures; participate in achieving company objectives
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable safety regulations, familiar with FAA/TSA regulations for training purposes
  • Reviewing employee training programs to determine their adequacy
  • Perform other duties as requested

What we are looking for:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • One (1) year of customer service, ramp or hospitality experience
  • Must have at least one (1) year of airline operations experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Six (6) months of supervisory/management experience in a shift work environment
  • Experience with e-learning platforms or online training tools can be beneficial.
