• Waterproofing and water management solutions
Position Overview
The Crew Leader works alongside their crew while overseeing all aspects of project execution. This individual is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, equipment management, and crew performance.
The ideal candidate is a strong field leader who can make decisions independently, troubleshoot problems, communicate effectively with customers, and keep projects moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a construction crew on residential and commercial projects
• Operate and oversee the use of excavation and construction equipment
• Safely drive company trucks and haul equipment trailers
• Coordinate daily project activities to maintain schedule and budget

• Strong problem solving and decision making skills
• Experience operating construction equipment
• Experience towing and maneuvering trailers
• Ability to manage people, equipment, materials, and schedules
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Foundation repair experience is preferred but not required
Required Qualifications
• Construction experience
• Experience leading crews or managing projects
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to operate construction equipment safely
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical construction work when needed
Compensation & Benefits
• $26.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience
• Monthly production bonus program worth an additional $1.00 to $15.00 per hour
• 90 day performance review with potential wage increase
• Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
• Paid holidays and paid time off
• 401(k) retirement plan
• Advancement opportunities within a growing company
The right candidate does not need to know everything about foundation repair on day one. We are looking for a leader who can manage people, solve problems, operate equipment, communicate with customers, and take ownership of the outcome.
Compensation: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
