Jack Giambalvo Family of Dealerships is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist at our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram location. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a consistent, one-day-a-week schedule in a positive, team-focused environment.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience. Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers with a warm, friendly attitude

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Processing payments for service and parts transactions

Accepting and recording sales deposits accurately

Assisting with customer inquiries and taking detailed messages

Scanning documents and supporting light filing tasks

Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
