Job description

Lift Church is a growing multisite church in Venice, Florida, averaging 1,100 in weekend attendance with a second campus launching in North Port this November. We are looking for a Worship Pastor to lead the worship expression of our house.


What you'll do
Lead worship for weekend services and special events. Recruit, train, and shepherd our worship team. Partner with the Lead Pastor and Production team on service planning. Raise up worship leadership for our North Port campus.


What we're looking for

  • Current Assemblies of God ministerial credential (Certified, Licensed, or Ordained), or ability to obtain within 12 months
  • Proven worship leadership experience in a growing local church
  • Strong musicianship and vocal leadership on a primary instrument
  • A track record of building and keeping healthy volunteer teams
  • Pastoral heart, teachable spirit, and above reproach in character and family life
