What is a Raise recruiter?

A Raise Recruiter is a professional who works for Raise, a staffing and recruitment agency, to help organizations find and hire qualified candidates for various job openings. Their responsibilities include sourcing talent, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and matching candidates with roles that suit their skills and career goals. Raise Recruiters work closely with both employers and job seekers to ensure a good fit, streamline the hiring process, and support workforce planning. They often specialize in specific industries or job types to provide expert guidance and tailored recruitment solutions.

How does a recruiter at Raise Recruiting typically collaborate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process?

At Raise Recruiting, recruiters play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between hiring managers and candidates. They work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, refine candidate profiles, and provide updates on search progress. Simultaneously, recruiters guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process, offering feedback, interview preparation, and timely communication. This dual collaboration ensures a smooth experience for both clients and candidates, often requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

To succeed as a Recruiter at Raise Recruiting, you need strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and experience in candidate sourcing and screening, typically supported by a relevant degree or prior recruiting experience. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and social media platforms is essential for efficient workflow and candidate management. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills set standout recruiters apart. These abilities ensure effective talent matching, a positive candidate experience, and success in meeting client hiring needs.
