Job Description
Overview
As a multi-functional member of the Front Office team, you will serve as a first and lasting impression for guests-providing exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure. You are responsible for providing safe, efficient, and guest-focused transportation services. This role supports the arrival, departure, and in-stay experience by delivering warm hospitality, maintaining pristine vehicle conditions, and ensuring seamless coordination with the Front Office and other hotel departments all while upholding Radisson and GHG standards of excellence.
Pay rate is based on experience with performance-based raises, $17/ hour, non-tipped
What You'll Be Doing
May include, but not limited to:
  • Safely operate and maintain company shuttles, including planning and coordinating scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs under changing conditions.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and document shuttle conditions; ensure all vehicles remain clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
  • Greet guests at the hotel entrance, assist with unloading luggage, and create a welcoming arrival and departure experience.
  • Maintain accurate shuttle logs, service records, and daily activity reports.
  • Keep the bell stand, entrance areas, and related equipment well-organized, clean, and fully stocked.
  • Assist with delivering packages, amenities, and guest items throughout the property.
  • Support event logistics by coordinating transportation needs and preparing the bell stand for high-volume periods.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Identify potential issues, propose solutions, and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Remain knowledgeable about hotel amenities, front-office operations, local attractions, and events to enhance guest experiences.
  • Respond to guest concerns with empathy and professionalism while upholding hotel policies.
  • Perform additional duties as needed in support of guest satisfaction and hotel operationsRepresent the hotel with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive, cooperative, and energetic work environment.
  • As needed, Valet park guest vehicles in accordance with safety procedures and applicable laws.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations.
  • Ambassador for Radisson and GHG standards.

What You Need for this Position
  • High integrity and motivation to work independently
  • Highly observant to details and organization
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Michigan Driver's license and ability to get or already possess a CDL
  • Must be able to provide clean DMV driving record for consideration
  • Sufficient manual dexterity in hands to be able to load and unload luggage
  • Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
  • Able to stoop and bend
  • Ability to run, move up and down stairs
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
