Spanish-Speaking Mortgage Loan Officer
We're hiring a Spanish-speaking bilingual Jr or Sr loan officer who will work directly alongside our loan origination staff to help our applicants through the mortgage loan process. You'll get applicants mortgage-ready, prepare paperwork, and respond to customer inquiries on transactions as needed. If you're detail-oriented with strong communication and time management skills, we highly encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
• Provide superior customer service skills by responding to company-provided leads in a timely manner from the Internet, direct mail campaigns, radio ads, referrals, or other special marketing campaigns
• Originate first home mortgages, refinance loans, take mortgage loan applications by phone/person, and prepare effective loan proposals
Qualifications
• Bi-Lingual Spanish & English - with Professional business acumen
• Possess an advanced understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, USDA, adjustable/ fixed, etc
• Possess an NMLS license and/or are willing to obtain one prior to hire
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in a professional office or mortgage environment as a mortgage loan officer, loan officer assistant, or similar position
