The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$70,300.00 - $105,500.00
Purpose Statement: The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing the activities of the Production Leads with an emphasis on product quality, on time delivery, and factory production efficiency. Additionally, the Production Supervisor is responsible to support the key business metrics, team member engagement and workplace safety.
Key Job Accountabilities:
  • Drive production KPIs at their respective assigned area
  • Manage direct reports (production supervisors) performance and development plan
  • Participate in CFT meetings to work cohesively with other CFT members to drive results of the assigned accounts in terms of delivery and quality
  • Typically is responsible for more complex accounts or products
  • Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Travel Requirements:
  • Less than 40%
