The Role - Manufacturing Production Supervisor

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor role will lead, direct, and develop production teams to safely execute the production schedule while meeting quality, delivery, and efficiency targets in a high-mix electrical fabrication environment.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Own daily execution of the production schedule within assigned area(s).
  • Ensure work orders are worked in priority sequence as defined by the schedule.
  • Lead, coach, and hold production employees accountable to expectations.
  • Ensure proper staffing, training, and skill coverage for daily operations.
  • Ensure all work meets quality, workmanship, and documentation requirements.
  • Address defects, rework, and quality issues at the point of occurrence.
  • Own safety performance within assigned department.
  • Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards.
What You Bring (Required Experience)
  • 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, as well as 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Experience in electrical fabrication, panel building, wire harnessing, or industrial assembly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of production schedules and priorities, labor standards, efficiency tracking, quality systems, and corrective actions.
  • Comfortable using ERP systems for labor and job tracking.
  • Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
