Steel Rule Die Maker Entry Level 1st Shift, Monday - Friday

Location: Neenah, WI (on-site only)

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Printron is looking for a Die Maker to join our team.

Here at Printron, were looking for people who:

No experience? No problem. Well provide full training for motivated individuals who are ready to show up and learn.

What You'll Do:

In this hands-on role, youll be an important part of the process that creates high-quality die boards for the packaging industry. Youll work with a knowledgeable team while learning valuable skills in quality control, maintenance, and production flow.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Read job tickets and production schedules, understand specs, such as materials to be used, dimensions, and tolerances.

- Load material into equipment.

- Set up, operate, or tend equipment. Saw, cut, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten rotary or bobst cutting die materials and components.

- Position material and components on rotary or bobst cutting dies.

- Hand-form, cut, or finish components, using tools such as table saws, grinders, cutters, and benders.

- Examine completed rotary or bobst cutting dies and components

- Produce product sample.

- Regular attendance.

Education High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Preferred

Other Requirements: Accurately read a tape measure and calculate measurements.

Must provide documentation of eligibility to work in the United States, pass applicable background verifications.
