Job Summary

The Product Manager will support the Burlington Medical Radiation Protection Eyewear product line by executing key marketing, product, and customer‑focused initiatives. This role enables the Senior Product Marketing Manager to focus on strategy, planning, and communication by taking ownership of day‑to‑day execution, cross‑functional coordination, and project follow‑through.

Responsibilities include implementing marketing programs, maintaining product and packaging updates, coordinating VOC activities, supporting sales enablement, and ensuring smooth operational execution across Sales, Marketing Communications, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other partners. This position may be remote within the U.S.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Marketing Execution – Radiation Protection Eyewear
    • Implement marketing programs that support the eyewear portfolio, including web updates, collateral development, promotions, sampling, and trade show/event preparation.
    • Maintain product information, packaging, labeling, and documentation updates in coordination with cross‑functional teams.
    • Support execution of product lifecycle activities such as SKU updates, discontinuations, and product refreshes.
    • Assist in developing product messaging, competitive comparisons, and customer‑facing materials aligned with the Senior Product Marketing Manager’s strategy.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination & Project Support
    • Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution.
    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow‑through to ensure initiatives stay on schedule.
    • Support operational improvements related to customization workflows, coatings, frame options, and prescription processes.
  • Sales Enablement
    • Provide Sales teams with updated tools, training materials, and product information.
    • Respond to sales inquiries regarding product features, availability, competitive positioning, and customer needs.
    • Assist in developing sales presentations, product guides, and comparison tools.
  • Customer Focus & VOC Support
    • Support Voice of Customer (VOC) activities, including surveys, interviews, and feedback collection.
    • Help translate customer insights into actionable recommendations for product improvements or new opportunities.
    • Maintain subject‑matter familiarity with clinician needs related to comfort, fit, weight, eyewear coatings, prescription accuracy, and long‑term wearability.
  • Business Support & Data Analysis
    • Assist in analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to support category insights.
    • Help maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that track product performance.
    • Support pricing updates, quoting tools, and margin analysis under guidance from the Senior Product Marketing Manager.
  • Drive for Results
    • Demonstrate strong follow‑through, attention to detail, and ownership of assigned tasks.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the eyewear category.

Estimated starting annual base salary pay ranges is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Please note that the actual compensation offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined by the Company, which may include, but is not limited to, location, experience, qualifications, education, skillset, and market conditions. The target base compensation for this role is in the low to middle of the range, with the top of the range reserved for only exceptional circumstances.
