Radco Roofing, a well-established commercial roofing contractor company headquartered in Mount Holly, near Charlotte, NC, is on the lookout for a talented and experienced individual to join our Service Team.


At Radco Roofing, we specialize in commercial and industrial roof construction and exterior building maintenance. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and troubleshoot leaks, damage, and roof system deficiencies.
  • Complete repairs on a variety of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and BUR.
  • Document current conditions, completed work, and recommendations for future maintenance.
  • Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements, including the proper use of PPE and fall protection.
  • Participate in ongoing safety training and promptly report unsafe conditions.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner when interacting with clients and the public.
  • Explain roofing issues and repair work clearly and respectfully.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality and service standards.
  • Maintain accurate service records including job logs, photos, and billing information.
  • Utilize mobile applications and digital tools for documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve productivity and quality goals.
  • Assist in training and mentoring less experienced technicians.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Lift and climb ladders, as required.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of roofing production or service experience.
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts, including some weekends.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • OSHA 10-hour safety card.
  • English fluency.
