General Job Description:
  • Further develop and nurture customer relations globally.
  • Responsible for the global coordination from the customer and the strategy.
  • Preparation of offers and price negotiations for the OEMs in coordination with the global customer strategy.
  • Market and competitive analysis in an effort to strengthen our position through strategy development.
  • Realization of customer requests and market potential in relation to our product groups.
  • Further the relationship between specified customer and RA and manage growth of the business in all areas.
  • Responsible for the introduction of new products as well as product optimization efforts to extend our market position.
  • Close collaboration with our manufacturing facilities in order to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Support the budgeting process and medium-term planning for the NA Region.
  • Responsible for leading and developing a diverse team of co-workers from various RA regions..
  • Ensure compliance with standards for cost control, waste reduction, and quality.
  • Manage compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Work experience requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales.
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or acting as a company ambassador.
  • Exposure to OEM and Tier 1 environments, including Toyota and Honda.
  • Affinity for technical processes.
  • Working knowledge of process engineering.
  • Working knowledge of plastic injection molding processes.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Sales/related field preferred or equivalent experience.
