Job Summary:
SIRITECH SOLUTIONS CORP is seeking an experienced RSA Archer GRC Security Analyst to support enterprise governance, risk, and compliance initiatives. The role involves administration, configuration, integration, and optimization of RSA Archer solutions while collaborating with various teams to meet compliance and governance requirements.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, configure, administer, and support RSA Archer GRC applications and modules
โ€ข Translate business, compliance, and risk requirements into technical Archer solutions
โ€ข Develop and maintain custom workflows, forms, dashboards, and questionnaires within Archer
โ€ข Support governance, compliance, issue management, risk monitoring, and control assurance functions
โ€ข Implement integrations between RSA Archer and enterprise systems such as ServiceNow or ITSM tools
โ€ข Troubleshoot Archer platform issues and optimize application performance
โ€ข Collaborate with compliance, audit, security, risk, and IT stakeholders on enterprise GRC initiatives
โ€ข Support assessment, authorization, regulatory compliance, and governance activities
โ€ข Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and user guides
โ€ข Provide end-user training, workflow support, and knowledge transfer activities
โ€ข Support upgrades, patches, enhancements, and environment administration activities
โ€ข Monitor adherence to security frameworks and regulatory requirements
โ€ข Support enterprise risk management and audit readiness initiatives
โ€ข Participate in process automation and continuous improvement efforts within GRC programs
โ€ข Assist with governance standards and operational best practices definition
โ€ข Work independently on complex assignments while coordinating across multiple teams
โ€ข Deliver reporting and compliance metrics related to governance and risk operations
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum 5 years of RSA Archer administration and configuration experience required
โ€ข Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer administration and platform configuration
โ€ข Experience developing Archer applications, integrations, and workflows
โ€ข Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) methodologies and practices
โ€ข Familiarity with compliance frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC
โ€ข Experience integrating RSA Archer with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
โ€ข Strong troubleshooting, optimization, and system performance tuning skills
โ€ข Experience supporting enterprise compliance and security programs
โ€ข Strong analytical, communication, and documentation capabilities
โ€ข Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
โ€ข Ability to work independently in fast-paced enterprise environments required
โ€ข Archer Certified Professional (ACP) required OR Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator Expert Certification required

โ€ข Preferred 10 years supporting enterprise or government GRC environments
โ€ข Strong enterprise security, governance, and compliance knowledge preferred
