Location: ProSource Wholesale Office - Butler, PA
Pay: $18/Hour

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Fast-paced, detail-oriented purchasing role

You'll play an important behind-the-scenes role supporting multiple showroom locations by managing purchase orders and working closely with vendors and internal teams.

What You'll Actually Be Doing This is a detail-focused purchasing role centered on accuracy, organization, and communication.
  • Create and manage purchase orders for eight showroom locations
  • Review order details and pricing before submitting orders
  • Enter and track purchase orders using RFMS
  • Send purchase orders to vendors through email and online portals
  • Review vendor confirmations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate digital records and purchasing documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, accounts payable, showroom teams, and management
  • Help ensure products are ordered correctly and delivered on time
