Now Hiring: Dental Receptionists & Clinical Staff

Milliken Dental Group and Rancho Dental Office are growing and looking for excellent, reliable team members to join our practices in Rialto and Rancho Cucamonga.

We are hiring for:

  • Dental Receptionists / Front Office Coordinators
  • Dental Assistants / Clinical Staff (DA or RDA preferred)

We are looking for friendly, professional, dependable individuals who enjoy helping patients and working as part of a strong dental team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of continuous dental office experience
  • Dental Receptionists must have dental front office experience, including scheduling, insurance verification, patient communication, check-in/check-out, and experience using a Dental Practice Management Software (PMS)
  • Clinical staff must have dental assisting experience; DA or RDA qualifications preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy dental office
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to follow office systems
