We are growing and looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support our sourcing, quoting, and supplier management efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to drive cost-effective and reliable solutions.

Your Opportunity

This role sits at the hub of sourcing, quoting, and supply chain strategy, working closely with suppliers and sales to deliver competitive pricing, reliable lead times, and high-quality solutions.

You will take an active role in evaluating supplier capabilities, building quotes, and aligning customer demand with the best sourcing approach. This position offers broad exposure across procurement, operations, and customer support, making it a strong fit for someone looking to grow within manufacturing distribution.

What You'll Do

  • Build and analyze quotes using supplier data, market trends, and requirements
  • Evaluate supplier strengths, capabilities, and performance to support sourcing decisions
  • Align customer demand with sourcing strategies to determine the best supply approach
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to support new and existing business
  • Work closely with customer service to provide procurement updates and timelines
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings and specs to support sourcing decisions
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing supplier and customer product and service data
  • Communicate across teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve cost, quality, and overall supply chain performance

What You Bring

  • Four-year degree in business, supply chain, industrial distribution, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Clear communication skills across internal teams, suppliers, and customers
  • Interest in manufacturing, sourcing, and supplier management

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Certification in supply chain management
  • Experience in industrial distribution or manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings or technical products
  • Experience working with ERP or CRM systems
