What are we looking for?
The Customer Experience Specialist provides dedicated sales support by managing inbound quote requests, generating pricing, and developing proposals while maintaining timely and professional communication with clients throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will also support leadership through data reporting, account follow-up, and analysis of quote activity to help drive business growth.
Shift/Schedule: 8-5 Monday-Friday - onsite (can move to Hybrid after training)
Salary & Benefits Information
The base wage for this position is $20-26 per hour with possible commission package. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

What you'll do:
  • Respond to all in-bound quote requests. Log information into CRM as required.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure requests are understood and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Generate pricing for quote requests utilizing provided pricing tools and/or deliver quotes to customers.
  • Develop standard pricing tables and/or proposal templates.
  • Follow-up on outstanding quotes as needed.
  • Follow-up on aged accounts regarding potential business as needed.
  • Perform research regarding quote loss, report data to leadership and track and make notes accordingly.
  • May be assigned to manage designated accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Ability to effectively articulate capabilities in a variety of formats to a variety of audiences.
  • Must have superior interpersonal skills.

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication, or Technical field
