Position Summary

  • Communicate with sales staff to clarify specifications, resolve discrepancies, and answer technical or pricing questions
  • Coordinate with engineering and production teams to confirm capability, capacity, and lead times before quoting
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues in customer files or specs that could affect price or manufacturability, and propose practical alternatives when needed
  • Maintain and update quoting records, pricing databases, and customer files in our quotation software
  • Support continuous improvement of the quoting process, tools, and turnaround time

What We're Looking For

  • 1- 2+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, or customer service within a manufacturing, technical, or B2B environment (PCB/PCBA or electronics manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve discrepancies between customer requests and manufacturing capabilities
  • Comfortable reading technical drawings, specifications, or bills of materials (BOM); willingness to learn to read Gerber files and PCB fabrication drawings on the job, training provided
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and quoting/ERP software (experience with Epicor Kinetic a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple quotes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, learning new technical concepts, and desire to contribute your ideas
  • Eagerness to learn PCB fabrication processes and terminology, training provided

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with quoting software
  • Familiarity with IPC-6012 / IPC-A-600 standards
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Health/dental/vision insurance
  • Paid time off / holidays
  • 401(k)
  • A close-knit team environment where your work directly impacts company growth
