We are looking for a Quickie Lube Manager to lead our award-winning service department team! This leadership role will oversee our Quickie Lube technicians and service advisors while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment and bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the Quickie Lube department
  • Lead, coach, and motivate Quickie Lube technicians and service advisors
  • Ensure a friendly, professional, and efficient service experience for every customer
  • Maintain workflow efficiency and ensure timely completion of services
  • Communicate directly with customers, advisors, and technicians regarding service status and estimated completion times
  • Monitor department productivity, performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Assist with training and development of team members
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain high-quality standards in accordance with dealership and manufacturer expectations
Qualifications:
  • Previous automotive service management or leadership experience preferred
  • Quick lube or service advisor experience strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, professional attitude with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and service processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Automotive Technical/Trade School degree preferred
  • Math, reading, and basic computer skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Valid PA driver's license with a good driving record
